Having lived in Palos Verdes his entire life; John has seen hundreds & hundreds of the Peninsula homes from the inside out.  John has worked  for a satellite service company for over  20 years.  The company still thriving after 40 years, it has proven to be greatly successful.  John now sits on the board of directors for that company, as he has been a dedicated licensed real estate agent & loan broker for the past four years.

 

Starting out and learning the real estate business in this past decade has proven to be likened to the Wild-Wild West.  With home listings hitting the market and being snapped up within hours; these transactions favored the “SELLERS” and  cast the needs of the “BUYERS” largely to the side.
